Tibetan Connections is an international travel agency based in Xining, Qinghai in the traditional Tibetan province of Amdo. We have lived in the greater Tibet area for many years and know the area well. We specialize in trips to the Tibetan regions of Kham and Amdo found in Qinghai, western Sichuan and southwest Gansu provinces. We also arrange trips to popular destinations such as Mt. Everest, Mt. Kailash and down the Friendship Highway from Lhasa to Nepal. Our trips will give you an opportunity to see authentic Tibetan culture without being surrounded by large groups of tourists.
